Privacy notice

Information handling as ChannelSentry takes shape.

Last updated October 14, 2026

ChannelSentry is under development and is not generally available. This notice covers this public website and anticipated data use for a future service.

This website

This static website has no account registration, submission forms, analytics, or tracking scripts. It does not set cookies or use browser storage. The hosting provider may process routine technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request times, to deliver and secure the website. Hosting logs depend on the provider’s practices and configuration.

Data for a future service

When the product becomes available, ChannelSentry may process Shopify store and catalog information and connected commerce-channel data necessary to provide monitoring. This may include store identifiers, product and variant details, listing status, eligibility information, and channel issue details. The exact data and permissions will depend on the integrations offered at that time.

Integration credentials and account data

OAuth credentials and tokens and account data should be handled only to provide the service and secure its integrations. Intended uses include authenticating authorized connections, retrieving monitoring data, maintaining account access, and investigating integration failures. Credentials should never be published or included in support messages.

Providers and disclosure

A future service may use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the product. Information may need to be processed by those providers for that purpose or disclosed where legally required. Relevant providers and data practices will be clarified as the service develops.

Retention, security, and choices

Retention periods, deletion procedures, and account controls are still being defined. Before public availability, we intend to provide more specific information about these practices and how to request assistance. Security measures will need to reflect the information processed; no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Future integration access will depend on the permissions you authorize. Connected platforms may let you revoke access through their own settings. Revoking access and deleting information already held by a service are separate actions.

Updates and contact

This notice may change as ChannelSentry develops, with an updated revision date. Dedicated support and privacy contact information will be published before public availability. See support information for current context.
